Mr. Ujjal Kumar Mukherjee is a Chief Executive Officer of Al Jazira Group BSC ©. He is associated with Al Jazira Group since June 2010. Prior to joining Al Jazira Group, Ujjal has worked in various senior positions in companies such as ABB India, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Coco-Cola India, United Carton Industries-UCIC Jeddah, Oman National Dairy Products co. Ltd SAOG. Ujjal firmly believes that sustainable, profitable growth can only be accomplished by focusing on three things: Get the strategy right, get the operations aligned with the strategy, and get the right people in right place that will execute the strategy. He firmly believes that IT is harbinger to enhance the capabilities & bringing new synergies in the organization. In a time marked by rapidly changing technology, through his vision & love for technology, he brought new & cutting edge technologies which have kept Al-Jazira ahead of the technological advances and can be seen as the pioneer in systems and processes in Bahrain which took the organization to new towering heights of success & sustainable growth. He earned his Masters of Commerce degree from India, CMA from USA, ACMA from Australia, and ACMA from India. He is serving Member of Advisory Board Bachelor of Accounting & Financial System program (Gulf University, Bahrain) since Mar’16.

Ms. Najat Ebrahim Ahmed Sanad Alghazal

Group HR & Admin Manager

Ms. Najat Al Ghazal is a HR & Admin Manager and has been associated with Al Jazira since 2015. She has a Bachelor Degree of Law. Ms. Najat has immense working experience on Management level since 2003. She is a licensed trainer and has been conducting various trainings as well as coaching. Ms. Najat received an MOL Award in 2007.

Ms. Maryam Dawani

Business Development Manager

Ms. Maryam Dawani is Business Development Manager at the Al Jazira Group. Maryam started her career in L’Oréal operations and communications. She later moved on to Marketing where she handled all brands under the group. Now she is supervising all branches of Al Jazira Supermarket. One of her main accomplishments was managing the Organic products section across all branches. She earned her B.A. in Business Management from the UK.

Mr.Ranjan Ganguli

Financial Controller

Mr. Ranjan Ganguli has been serving as the Financial Controller of Al Jazira Group BSC (C) since April 2019. A Chartered Accountant, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from India, where he was honored as a gold medalist in B.Com. With 17 years of valuable experience, he has cultivated expertise across a range of industries, including FMCG, NBFC, hospitality, and more.

Mr. Keith Francis Dias

Country Head Retail Operations & Imports

Keith Dias is a Country Head - Retail Operations, He is associated with Al Jazira Group since 2015. Prior to joining Al Jazira group Keith worked with Family Group – UAE and Spinneys Dubai. Keith with his 25 years of retail operational experience is Instrumental in opening of nine stores. His vast experience in retail has nurtured his abilities to identify new business strategies, to work collaboratively with our partners for cost efficiencies & capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Mr. Abhimanyu Gopinath

Country Head of Sales & Imports

Mr. Abhimanyu Gopinath is a Country Head - Marketing. He is associated with Al Jazira since 2017. He is a Marketing professional with 13 years of corporate experience in FMCG industry, handling sales and marketing of Food & Non-Food brands from MNCs like Procter & Gamble, Pringles, Quaker, Clorox, L’Oréal, Unilever, Mcvities & Heinz before joining Al Jazira. His expertise in creating brands and breaking ground in new markets results in tremendous corporate sales. He is well versed in Training, coaching and public speaking (was a part of Toastmasters International) which helps in accessing a vast pool of untapped human resource. He is a qualified Electronics & Communications Engineer & MBA (Marketing & Finance) from India.
